Directions: Scoop out a tablespoon or two and begin
to massage it onto your skin while in the shower or bath. Work in
a circular motion, starting with your extremities and toward your
heart. Use on your thighs, buttocks, stomach, and your feet Leave
the scrub on your skin for 5 to 20 minutes, then rinse off with cool
